Project management

Coordination and quality delivery

WP1 ensures the effective administrative, financial and technical management of the partnership. It supports coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, reporting and partner meetings.

Communication

Visibility, participation and knowledge transfer

WP2 communicates project activities and results to specialist and non-specialist audiences. It includes the project website, social media, communication campaigns, events and promotional material.

WP3

Applied research

High-end joint activities on MAPs and NWFPs

WP3 investigates bioactive compounds and develops practical applications in apiculture, agriculture and aquaculture. Activities include honey phytochemical profiling, natural products, delivery vehicles and ex situ conservation.

WP4

Studies and tools

Joint thematic studies, initiatives and digital services

WP4 connects environmental assessment, climate impacts, plant-stress bioindicators, stakeholder training and the cross-border AI/Data Mining platform for biodiversity and MAP research.

Strategies and action plans for long-term use
